Sensei Kim Song

5th-Degree Black Belt | Father of Two

Sensei Kim Song Low is the Chief Instructor and a 5th-degree black belt with over three decades of dedication to the art of Karate. Sensei Kim brings a rare blend of technical mastery, competitive experience, and heartfelt leadership to every class.

As both a seasoned instructor and a father of two young boys, he deeply understands the values parents seek in a martial arts program: respect, discipline, and personal growth. These are the core principles that guide his teaching philosophy and have shaped his journey in Karate.

Known for his calm presence and structured teaching style, Sensei Kim is committed to helping each child grow into their best self on and off the mat. Under his guidance, students develop not just strong techniques but also the inner qualities of focus, humility, and perseverance that last a lifetime.

Sensei Nicholas

3rd Degree Black Belt | Certified BodyTalk Practitioner

Nicholas Tan is a 3rd-degree black belt in Karate with over 22 years of training experience. A former Singapore national champion and representative at the World Karate Championships, Nicholas combines technical mastery with a deep passion for nurturing young learners.

Believing that children learn best through hands-on experiences, Nicholas designs classes that build both skill and character, helping kids grow in confidence, focus, and resilience, while enjoying the journey of self-discovery.

In addition to his martial arts background, Nicholas is also a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner, which equips him with unique insights into the mind-body connection. While Karate remains the foundation of his teaching, his understanding of holistic development supports his ability to create a safe, balanced, and encouraging environment for every child.
